Usually Submerged, but Revealed Occasionally

Images of features, former buildings or other objects usually submerged under a reservoir, river or the sea but just occasionally, during very low water or maintenance periods are revealed once again. For example, the historic bridges on the "Road to the Isles" normally submerged beneath Loch Loyne in Scotland but revealed when Scottish Hydro run down the water level: ![]() |
