Geo-Trips :: Lapford, Coldridge and Nymet Rowland

Mid-Devon and the Taw valley

A walk from Lapford Cross, Mon, 27 Oct 2014 by David Smith

A circular walk from Lapford, one of those described in the book "Tarka Line Tracks" - though so few trains stop at Lapford station that it is easier to take the bus to the start. It is an easy walk with paths and quiet lanes, and a stretch along the Tarka Trail

Click the blue circles to see a photograph taken from that spot and read further information about the location. The blue lines indicate the direction of view. There is also a slideshow of this trip. ( )
