Stone shelter on Crook Hill
Stone shelter on Crook Hill
This is a really well made shelter that provides one of very few features on these moors. It bears the stone-carved inscription, "JL Jackson Wardle". I don't know if JL Jackson was the builder or some gone but not forgotten hill-walker.
