SK2505 : St Matthew's Church at Shuttington

taken 15 years ago, near to Shuttington, Warwickshire, England

St Matthew's Church at Shuttington
St Matthew's Church at Shuttington
The nave dates from about 1150 and the chancel was rebuilt probably in the 13th century. The church was restored in 1844 and in 1908–9; the later medieval windows seem to have been removed and both chancel and nave furnished with windows of 12th-century type.
