Langstone Bridge is a 29 span viaduct constructed in 1955, providing the only link between Hayling Island and the mainland. It separates Langstone Harbour (in the West) from Chichester Harbour (in the East). It is one of the first examples of the use of prestressed concrete in a major bridge.
