This matches my earlier photograph SO9163 : Droitwich Junction Canal - it's on its way. and shows the creation of a tunnel (at ground level) where the access road to the rugby club will be diverted up and over. I'm stood on the current access road where the line of the cut will come through (I see no other interpretation for this).
