A public footpath veers off the Weavers Way, leading to North Walsham further to the southeast. The road which can be glimpsed between the trees is Felmingham Road > Link

This section of the Weavers Way follows the dismantled railway trackbed of the former Midland and Great Northern Joint Railway. The Weavers Way is a long-distance footpath which links Cromer with Great Yarmouth; the path has a length of 90 kilometres and passes through the Norfolk Broads.
