Competitors in the 2005 race up and down Roseberry Topping show a comparison of styles on the descent. No. 475 (Rob Bailey of North York Moors Athletic Club) showing the nimbleness of a mountain goat by managing to stay on his feet whilst No. 302 (Finn Dudaniec(?) of Leeds) trying to sledge. The race was won in 11 minutes 37secs by Nick Swinburn of Northumberland Fell Runners.
