The green hue is caused by green glass in one of the south nave windows. All Saints church > LinkExternal link stands on a hill on the site of an earlier building which is mentioned in the Domesday book. The chancel dates from the 13th century; the tower, which contains three bells, was added a century later. Its clock is 300 years old and was installed by the Rev. William Vincent in 1872. The church interior > LinkExternal link - LinkExternal link is much restored and contains a number of C19 and early C20 stained glass windows > LinkExternal link - LinkExternal link - LinkExternal link. The church is also used for Benefice events such as holiday clubs for the children. The door is kept locked but a key is available from one of the two keyholders. See also LinkExternal link
