Marine Depot, Southampton Docks
Wonky-looking travelling crane and interesting red tanker tied up at the point where the quayside turns through 90 degrees. Chris Allen tells me that the ship is the Margaret Hill, a 1974 tanker for liquefied natural gas that is stored in Moss spheres. It is steam powered from LNG that boils off the Moss spheres.
