Smooth Operator!
Smooth Operator!
This is a rail grinding train. Usually working at night this train is used to grind and shape the rail-head profile of railway tracks, which are often damaged over a long period of heavy traffic. The particular line that this unit was operating on is used for the transportation of heavy stone trains from Meldon Quarry.
