Chalk cliffs above River Ouse
Chalk cliffs looming above the river Ouse just south of Lewes, and close to the site of the "Snowdrop", a local pub names after the avelance that fell from the cliffs in the C19. The red is the autumn colour of cotoneaster which is colonising the lower slopes.
