Heavy Lift
Using two Road Cranes hired in for the job, the boiler of Urie S15 No.30506 is lifted clear of the locomotive frame and placed on baulk timbers located on the ground to the left. This was done so that the locomotive frames could be cleaned of rust and re-painted. Meanwhile the boiler could also be repaired at a safe working height.
