Freight Train through Golant
Freight Train through Golant
The railway branch line between Lostwithiel and Fowey was closed to passenger traffic in the 1960's but is still used for transporting china clay to Fowey harbour for export by ship. This photo shows a train on the embankment which separates the harbour at Golant from the Fowey estuary.
