New road to Queenborough

From the TQ9271 : New roundabout on Sheppey, east across the northern edge of Neatscourt marshes towards Rushenden, curving right to join a new roundabout south of the Lady Hamilton pub. I'm sure it will help a great deal to ease the bottle-neck at peak times but this road seems to have closed off a footpath as there is no stile across the fence on the right.
