This house, had been turned into individual rentable properties when this photograph was taken. The photographer had relatives living in the main part of the building. One occupant of the smaller part was a relative of O.V.S.Bulleid one time Chief Mechanical Engineer of the Southern Railway. There were communal gardens to the side of the house which included tennis courts and flower beds.
