NG8826 : The mouth of Loch Long
near to Dornie, Highland, Great Britain

The mouth of Loch Long
Loch Long (centre) and Loch Duich (left) form Loch Alsh. Loch Long used to be theoretically accessible to shipping via a swing bridge on the A87. This has now been replaced by fixed concrete structure. Dornie is on the left of Loch Long with Eilean Donan Castle out at the end of its bridge. View from nearly 400m up on Beinn Conchra.
