NO2812 : Trafalgar Junction
near to Kinloch, Fife, Great Britain

Trafalgar Junction
Named, I believe after the Trafalgar Inn which I think stood on the right of the butt and ben across the road.
From an old postcard of the establishment, which triggered my visit to the junction, it would appear that the inn stood where the large central tree now grows.
To travellers between Perth and Kirkcaldy and Cupar points west it seems it was a popular watering hole.
Anyway sometime in the past it has been demolished and the cross roads staggered. Today it's just another dangerous junction on a high speed road.
Got any further gen to add then please email me.
