The seafront and houses on the Island of Iona
The seafront and houses on the Island of Iona
The island of Iona is perhaps best known for its famous Abbey (off picture to the right by about half a mile) which was restored from a ruin in the early 1900s. However, the seafront of the Island's village is also a beautiful spot on this tiny island of roughly 1 x 2 miles. A stop off at the Argyll Arms (centre) is to be recommended.
