Unusual pipe/vent atop Portsdown Hill.
Unusual pipe/vent atop Portsdown Hill.
Not sure what this is, it could be something to do with: Underground fuel stores from WW2 in this area; Cold war civil defence bunker which is underground nearby; ventilation from some of the tunnels connecting the Palmerston forts at the top of Portsdown Hill; Something else?
