The Langport Arms
The Langport Arms
Late 16th century building but has a more modern façade.
Portcullis used on the pub sign is the symbol of Margaret Beaufort, the mother of Henry VII (she gave birth to him at the age of 13 and was subsequently made infertile!) who owned the manor of Langport and Curry Rivel in the 15th century
