This Locomotive, the first to be built from scratch for over 45 years, took a group of engineers and volunteers 15 years to build. It is an A1 Class 4-6-2 and is numbered 60163.The train hauled by this locomotive was called "The Valentine Special" and departed Waterloo at 09.40. It is pictured storming through Andover, Hants. at 12.19 having made a brief stop at Overton, Hants for water.
