taken 27 years ago, near to West Clandon, Surrey, Great Britain

The Maori House, Clandon Park.
The Maori House, Clandon Park.
This hut was dismantled, brought from New Zealand to Clandon, and re-erected in the grounds of Clandon House. It survived a volcanic eruption in New Zealand. Note the Maori carvings. Wikipedia has more on this - LinkExternal link and LinkExternal link - including a correction to the National Trust website and the fact that Maoris in London use it for meetings.
