Drinking Fountain by St. Botolph
Drinking Fountain by St. Botolph
Erected in 1906 in memory of Frederic David Mocatta by the Metropolitan Drinking Water Association. The years of traffic pollution have done irreparable damage, most noticeably to the brick adornments. I suspect that it has not been cleaned for fear of causing more damage.
