This main building was converted from the NCO's Mess of the former RAF base. It houses accommodation, clubhouse, bar and a restaurant open to the public. It is the base for courses in canoeing and sailing, and is used by many youth organisations. See SX4853 : The Cattewater, SX4853 : Sailing dinghies on the Cattewater and SX4953 : Cattedown Wharves.
