Warminster - Former Brewery
This former brewery in the High Street has been converted into shops. Originally built as a brewery in 1885 by a Mr Bartlett and it continued to operate into the early 1920's. It was later used as a Caesin factory and then a furniture store. In 1956 Percy Carr of "Carr's Cars" transformed it into "a motor show room". He moved to a more appropriate site in about 1980 and the premises were again converted into seven business units on the upper floors and 3 shops on the ground and first floors.
