August 7th 2002; part of a report from the British Dragonfly Society: A visit to Blackaburn Lough, a high altitude acidic lake in the Wark Forest on 7th August very large numbers of Common and Black Darter, numerous Common Hawker, Common Blue and Emerald Damsels, and few Large Red Damsels. Migrant Hawker has also been recorded, again from a new site in the county.
