Liberton Cemetery
Liberton Cemetery
The municipal cemetery at Liberton, neighbouring the churchyard. The 'toppled' headstones were deemed unstable by the city council and deliberately flattened for safety reasons - see The Scotsman 6 Aug 2003 LinkExternal link . On the horizon to the left are Edinburgh University's King's Buildings, and to the right, just visible, Arthur's Seat and Salisbury Crags.
