Caterpillar digger on Snowdon Mountain Railway
Caterpillar digger on Snowdon Mountain Railway
This digger is the means by which the rail track is dug out of the winter snow. There is still a significant amount of snow to be moved before it reaches the station. The shadowy figures of walkers can be seen on the path above the railway.
