Pendle's panopticon - The Atom
This is one of four panopticons across East Lancashire. This egg-shaped piece of public art is in Wycoller country Park's Haworth Road car park. Circular views of the Forest of Trawden are reflected in the shiny metal globe in the centre of the structure. It is a striking feature in the landscape.

The three other panopticons are in Blackburn, Burnley and Rossendale.
