134 Albany Street early nineteenth century house
This house is thought to be the first house built on Albany Street in 1812. The street was laid out to mark a division between the developing grandeur of The Regent's Park and the murky commercialism which lay to the east. The Regent's Park and Albany Street were both planned by the architect John Nash
