Goldicote Cutting
Goldicote Cutting
This deep cutting is on the course of the former Stratford and Midland Junction Railway. The bridge used to carry the Stratford-upon-Avon to Banbury Road which had a dog leg at this point to cross the bridge. These days the road has been re-aligned across a filled in section of the cutting and the length of cutting seen in the picture is now a nature reserve.
