The end of C Block
The yellow van stands within what remains of the Sir Frank Whittle building (formerly C Block) after demolition to make way for improved student facilities on the Coventry University campus. The building was constructed in the 1960s for the then Lanchester College of Technology and housed the engineering department workshops. The adjoining block is the James Starley building (formerly D Block).
