Victoria Lodge
Victoria Lodge
This house was built as part of a plan to exploit a spa source in Bishopton, Stratford upon Avon, around 1837. It was meant to be the hotel for guests taking the waters at the nearby Pump House, which still exists and is now a house. The enterprise failed and now Bishopton is facing encroachment from Stratford, with this house right next to an industrial estate on one side and extensive new housing on the other. It is currently used as a B&B.
