The River sculpture by Dhruva Mistry is part of a set of sculptures in Victoria Square, Birmingham. The sculpture is known locally as 'The Floozie in the Jacuzzi'. Normally it would not be possible to get this close, but at the time of the picture there was no water in the fountain.
