After the rain
After the rain
River Monnow in spate following heavy rainfall on the previous day. The river flows southeast from its source near Charwel Ddu on the east side of Hay Bluff and then forms a section of the Wales/England border and much of the boundary of Herefordshire and Monmouthshire.
