NH2109 : The new A87

taken 10 years ago, near to Bun Loyne, Highland, Great Britain

The new A87
The new A87
Not so new now, this is the hill road that runs over Meall Dubh from Glen Garry. The road replaced a single track road that was severed by the enlargement of Loch Loyne.
There are helpful arrows in the road to remind folk which side of the road to drive on after the junction. The confirmation sign is one of the new bilingual signs now appearing on Highland roads.
