The Dyke's End
The Dyke's End
Village Pub of the Year 2003, when the award was presented by Prince Charles. The Dyke’s End was opened in 1975 in what had been a private house, it closed in 1984 and was re-opened as the Kings. When closure was imminent again in the late 1990s the pub was bought by a consortium of local people, and once more named Dyke’s End.
