The Jane Coston Cycle Bridge
The Jane Coston Cycle Bridge
The bridge slopes down towards Milton village, having provided a safe crossing for cyclists and pedestrians across the busy A14.
Jane Coston cycle bridge
The Jane Coston bridge was built to give cyclists and pedestrians a safer route between Milton and Cambridge than the busy roundabout interchange with A14. It opened on 18 May 2004, allowing cyclists and pedestrians to cross from Cowley Road to Milton. The 77m main span carries NCN 11 over the dual-carriageway A14.

It is named after local county councillor Jane Coston, who campaigned for many years for the bridge to be built.
