Disused building in Kenilworth Street
Until recently this was a car tyre and exhaust business but now this 1960s building is vacant. If current form is anything to go by it won't be long before it is developed for residential use!
Update March 2009:- In fact the building has been brought back into use as a SP3166 : Car Wash.
