Graffiti on the A69 bridge
Graffiti on the A69 bridge
The concrete pillars on the A69 dual-carriageway bridge over the river Tyne upstream of Hexham carry graffiti only visible to the perpetrators or those paddling down the river. This photo was taken on the Sunday of the 2005 Tyne Tour Canoe event. The next time we paddled past here, the graffiti was entirely underwater.
