The Castle Inn
The Castle Inn
Now a Chinese restaurant this used to be a pub on the busy London to Brighton road. The old road ran outside the pub but the new A23 runs in a cutting twenty metres to the east (left) from which the building is not visible. Parts of the Grade 2 listed building date back to the 16th century.
