A remnant of the old MEB training school based in Whittington Hall and now replaced by a big new complex of offices . Beside the footpath there are the remains of the space where trenches were dug and cables laid again and again , in the grounds beyond were examples of poles and pylons for practice rigging.The College for the Blind is on the skyline.
