TF3239 : Power harrowing

taken 10 years ago, near to Frampton, Lincolnshire, Great Britain

Power harrowing
Power harrowing
Seedbed preparation for a brassica crop. The lovely silt land breaks down to a fine firm seedbed in one pass of the tractor mounted power harrow. A spray application of either a herbicide or a nematicide is being applied ahead of the cultivation so it is mixed into the soil to be effective.
