This row of terraced houses at the junction of Tachbrook Road and High Street, Leamington old town, must have been reasonably up-market when built in the 19th century. Now they appear to be mainly let out as flats, with a plethora of UPVC windows and other signs of lowest cost maintenance. Like a lot of the buildings in this area they seem to have been by-passed by the boom and are now facing the bust.
