Opened Lifebuoy Box
Opened Lifebuoy Box
On the morning of March 18th, no doubt the results of someone's St Patrick's Day revelries. It looks like no permanent damage has been done.

I suppose it is possible that it had been used for its intended purpose and someone has been fished out of the Thames with it.

This is between Southwark bridge (behind me) and Bankside Pier (visible).
