Vintage cars climbing Rosedale Chimney bank
On the first Sunday in September, a vintage car run climbs Rosedale Chimney Bank as part of a circuit taking in many steep hills and minor roads across the North Yorkshire Moors.
The hill is a considerable test for some of the older and less powerful vehicles as it is 1 in 3 or steeper at two short sections.
- Believed to be one of the steepest metalled roads in the UK.
