Redevelopment at Irwin Hall
As mentioned in SP3166 : Royal British Legion, Royal Leamington Spa the Legion vacated the premises and for a couple of years they lay empty. Work has recently commenced on refurbishing the building to provide a mixture of flats and offices. Some 1950s additions will be demolished. The scaffolding marks the first stage of the work to restore the roof.
