On the western approach to Moreton-in-Marsh, the plantation of trees, according to the plaque in the right hand inset, commemorates the Festival of Britain 1951. The left hand inset is the logo of the Festival of Britain. The bronze plaque and the relief carving are on the two gateposts to left centre of the photograph.
