Old field boundaries
The present boundary between farmland and open moor is an old mound with a post and wire fence along it. Within that enclosure there are low mounds which mark the extent of fields in an earlier period.
Across the valley is a track which goes up to the head of the valley and beyond, towards Hay on Wye.
